FOUNDER SPOTLIGHT

Robert M. Rosales is a learning and development consultant and coach. He founded Lead Academy to support organizations eager to improve engagement, productivity, and corporate thriving. We apply science-based positive leadership practices that support human and financial performance in organizations by optimizing the way people lead, connect and perform.

Leveraging 25 years of commercial experience from working at leading global private banks, Robert is known as a catalyst for positive, practical, and high-impact solutions that help organizations thrive.

In the academic realm, Robert is an instructor in positive psychology with Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and with Universidad Tecmilenio in Mexico. He is a former instructor with the Master of Applied Positive Psychology Program at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Robert is fluent in Spanish and French. He earned a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the University of Geneva with a bachelor in Political Science and an Executive MBA.
