FOUNDER SPOTLIGHT

Robert Rosales, principal and founder of LEAD academy, is an organizational consultant, executive coach, and manager with experience in Europe, the U.S., and Latin America. An accomplished facilitator, he specializes in the application of science-based leadership practices to the workplace. He is a catalyst for positive, practical, and high-impact solutions that support leaders in organizations by optimizing engagement, productivity, and corporate success.

Through LEAD academy, Robert offers consulting and coaching in leadership and management skills, such as interpersonal work relationships and communication, personal effectiveness, relationship management, and customer-facing skills. In the academic realm, he is an instructor in positive psychology with universities in Canada and Mexico.

Robert knows firsthand the impact of leadership on employee engagement and performance. For 25 years, he was a senior manager with leading private wealth managers UBS and Credit Suisse. During this time, he honed his selling, advising, and negotiating skills with the most demanding clients. He learned that people are at the heart of organizational success because business, essentially, is about relationships.

In addition to his Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, Robert received an Executive MBA from the University of Geneva.
